Learning Assistant Positions
The Eberly College of Science, Department of Biology, is looking to hire Learning Assistants (LA) to provide support to Biology courses overseen by Teaching Faculty during the academic year. These positions will be supervised by Denise Woodward. The LA will help faculty organize coursework, explain biology concepts to students, and hold office hours and/or review sessions. Applications must be submitted electronically, and must include the completed online application form.
Preference will be given to full-time registered Penn State students who have successfully completed the course for which they will be assisting (BIOL
114). Applications will be received on an ongoing basis and reviewed as the need arises.
