Para-Educator Position
The Bald Eagle Area School District has a part-time, 5.75 hours daily, Para-Educator opening at the Middle/High School. This position is available at the start of the 2026/27 school year.

Para-Educators are to assist in providing instruction to individual or small groups of students in a special education resource learning environment; to monitor and report student progress regarding behavior and performance; and to perform a variety of other duties relative to assigned area of responsibility.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and experience with mild to severely handicapped children is a plus. On the job training will be provided.

The hired candidate will be required the following upon hire:
- * Act 168 paperwork
- * Current Physical (will accept if completed within 6 month of hire start date)
- * Current TB test (will accept if completed within 6 month of hire start date)
- * Act 126 (Mandated Reporter)
