We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre‑K Counts Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement curriculum aligned with Pennsylvania Pre‑K Counts standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Conduct ongoing assessments of student development and progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
- Collaborate with staff and participate in professional development
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and program guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
- PA teaching certification (preferred or required based on program)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong classroom management and communication skills

We are looking for a caring and reliable Pre‑K Counts Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher in providing a high-quality early childhood education experience. This role involves assisting with classroom activities, supervision, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Supervise children during classroom, outdoor, and mealtime activities
- Communicate effectively with staff and families
- Follow all program policies and state regulations
- CDA (Child Development Associate) or willingness to obtain (preferred/required)
- Experience working with young children (preferred)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
