• Experienced in Early Childhood Education (3+ years preferred).
• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (preferred).
• Passionate about high-quality early learning and child development.
• Confident collaborating with assistant teachers in a team environment.
• Skilled in implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Strong in positive classroom management techniques.
• Nurturing educators who support play‑based, child‑led learning.
• Excited to grow within a collaborative and evolving school community.

We are actively hiring a Lead Pre‑K Teacher to support our continued growth and upcoming school year planning. As we enter our third school year, our faculty has grown significantly—and we are continuing to build a strong, stable, and inspiring teaching team.
We are interviewing daily for Lead Teachers across multiple age groups. While this role is focused on Pre‑K, we value experience across Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre‑K, and School‑Age classrooms. As we grow, teachers will have opportunities to explore different age groups to find the best mutual fit and long‑term alignment.
