Eastern University invites applications for an adjunct instructor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Positions are available for on‑ground and/or online instruction.

• Ph.D. or Psy.
  
  D. in Psychology or a related field, with experience teaching at the college/university level.
• Master’s degree may also be considered.
• Christian commitment compatible with the university’s mission and willingness to support the mission and vision of the university.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; there is currently no sponsorship of employment visas.

Standard background checks are required, including verification of education and credentials, criminal history, driving history, residency, immigration status, performance, references, and other relevant aspects. Positions with direct contact with children require completion of child‑protection clearances:
