Assistant Elementary Principal
The Northern Lebanon School District has an anticipated opening for an Assistant Elementary Principal. Northern Lebanon Elementary School is a K-6 school with an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students, built in 2023. The successful candidate must have the ability to create and maintain a safe and orderly environment through management of discipline; supervise faculty/staff through utilization of Teacher Effectiveness Tool; use data analysis to inform instructional decisions and improve student achievement outcomes;
assist in curriculum development, assessment design, and implementation of educational programs; serve as a collaborative member of the building-based and district Leadership team; and, with a growth-mindset, foster a climate which will enable people and programs to flourish. The ideal candidate will have highly developed communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of best teaching practices, differentiated instruction, assessment strategies, and be current on elementary initiatives from PDE, including areas of knowledge such as the science of reading.
Must possess a valid PA Principal certification. Elementary teaching experience is strongly desired.
