BBYO is seeking Madrichim staff for Summer 2026 in Pennsylvania to support and train teen leaders across BBYO programs. Responsibilities include mentoring peers, designing and facilitating activities, and ensuring safety and well-being in a high-energy youth environment.
Selected candidates must be BBYO alumni with leadership experience, capable of committing to monthly planning, and willing to engage in extensive summer programming, CLTC, Perlman, and related events.
