Villanova University’s Department of Political Science invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning August 2027. The successful candidate will have broad training in political theory, with emphasis on democratic theory and citizenship, and may address non-Western perspectives. Teaching will include the introductory political theory course and courses at undergraduate and MA levels.
Ph.D. by August 15, 2027 is strongly preferred; ABDs considered.
