Location: Nelson
Substitute Teacher Opportunities
Immediate openings for day-to-day substitute teachers supporting students and classrooms in Potter, Cameron, McKean, and Elk Counties. Training provided. Requires teaching certificate or bachelor's degree.
Updated rates: $135/day (1 - 20 days) plus mileage (over 20 miles round trip). $150/day (21 - 90 days) plus mileage (over 20 miles round trip).
Individuals holding the following qualifications may now serve as substitute teachers:
- Bachelor's degree
- 60 college credits and 25 years old or older
- Student currently enrolled in a teacher program and has 60 completed credits
- Retired teacher
New clearances upon hire and pre-employment drug testing will be required for successful employment.
