Long-Term Substitute Gifted Support Teacher

Lower Merion School District is hiring a long-term substitute Gifted Support Teacher at Black Rock Middle School. PA Grades 4-8 English/Language Arts or Mathematics Certification or a PA K-6 Certification is required. Experience working with gifted learners, case management, and writing GIEPs preferred. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of gifted learners.

Good standing relative to Act 48 credits. Child abuse, PA State Police and FBI clearances (no less than one year from date of hire).

This is a long-term substitute position anticipated to last from August until the end of December. Salary and benefits set by LMEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
