Position Description
Eastern University's Department of Languages and Cultural Studies in the College of Arts and Humanities invites applications for Adjunct Instructors to teach undergraduate Spanish language courses. Classes may be face‑to‑face on our main campus in St. Davids or in our new online FLEX program. Adjuncts with experience teaching “Language for the Professions” courses are especially welcomed. The department accepts applications throughout the year and will consider submitted applications as teaching vacancies arise.
Qualifications- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Spanish or a related field.
- Native or near‑native fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Experience teaching at the college/university level.
- Christian commitment compatible with the university’s mission and willingness to support its vision.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. The university is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
