Soliant Health is seeking a Special Education Teacher to support young learners in community preschools across the Morton, PA area. This itinerant role offers variety and the chance to make a measurable impact on 30 students with special needs, delivering individualized instruction.
Work week is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (35 hours). You will collaborate with families and educators, develop IEPs, and travel between local preschool sites to implement tailored plans and monitor progress.
