Cheder Menachem Girls School is seeking a kind, energetic, and responsible Toddler Assistant Teacher / Co-Teacher to join our growing preschool team for the upcoming school year.

We are looking for someone who:

• Truly enjoys working with young children.
• Brings warmth, patience, positivity, and professionalism.
• Works well collaboratively as part of a team.
• Helps create a calm, loving, and engaging classroom environment.
• Is dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
• Has experience in childcare or early childhood education (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Reggio Emilia-inspired education.
• Familiarity with Creative Curriculum and/or Teaching Strategies Gold.
• Experience supporting play-based, hands-on learning environments.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the lead teacher with daily classroom routines.
• Supporting toddlers socially, emotionally, and developmentally.
• Engaging children through play, sensory exploration, music, stories, and art.
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom.
• Collaborating positively with staff and families.

Hours:

8:45 AM – 3:00 PM. Part-time positions also available.
