District Substitute Teachers

South Eastern School District is in need of motivated substitute teachers to work with Substitute Teacher Service and serve within our district buildings every day we are teaching in-person. These positions will run for the entire  school year. As a District Substitute Teacher, you will receive an email by 6:30AM each morning with your placement for the day. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working in grades K-12.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your teaching skills to the principals and enhance your knowledge of the South Eastern School District. The District will also consider any person who has a bachelor degree (does not have to be an education degree) if we are unable to fill with certified teachers. These positions will pay $160.00/per student day that we are teaching in-person (it equates to approximately $23/hour).

The District will place 1-2 in elementary and 2-3 in the secondary schools. South Eastern School District utilizes the substitute services of The Substitute Teacher Service (STS) for these positions.
