Our school client is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) at local schools and support the development of effective behavior intervention strategies for students in Wallingford, PA.

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) certification
• Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral services

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in school settings
• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions accordingly
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Provide training and supervision to support staff
