The Holy Hill Area School District is located 30 minutes Northwest of Milwaukee. The district consists of Friess Lake Elementary School and Richfield Middle School. The total enrollment for the district is approximately 470 students between the schools. Richfield Middle School consists of approximately 200 students in grades 5th-8th.

The Holy Hill Area School District is seeking a full-time middle school special education teacher. Teachers provide support to students who have been identified and receive special education services to support academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. A qualified candidate must possess knowledge of student learning needs and styles. This individual should possess the ability to provide data driven instruction in line with District curriculum and standards.
The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to collaborate for student success with colleagues. Effective communication skills in working with students, coworkers, administration, and families are a must in addition to having time management, organization, and problem solving abilities. Teachers participate in a Professional Learning Community and have access to a variety of support from our Math and Reading Specialists along with our current special education department staff to support professional growth.
Richfield Middle School utilizes a variety of literacy, math, and behavioral interventions. We are heavily invested in the PLC and RtI at Work process in order to support professional growth and layers of instruction for all students to succeed at high levels.

EssentialJob Duties /Responsibilities
- Develop compliant Individual Educational Plans (IEP's)
- Evaluate students utilizing formalized assessments to guide instruction, provide feedback to students and stakeholders, and establish goals
- Progress monitor student growth
- Support all students within the regular education classroom
- Provide specially designed instruction based upon student goals
- Balance and support student needs across multiple grade levels
- Provide direction and support for paraprofessionals working within these assigned grade levels
- Collaborate with the general education teachers to support the development of accommodations
- Develop positive, encouraging relationships with students that promote academic, social, and emotional growth
- Utilize district approved Response to Intervention strategies and programs to support all learners
- Participate in the school's PBIS, Character Strong, and utilize restorative practices
- Effectively collaborate with colleagues in a professional learning community
- Participate in all school and district professional development
