As a Montessori Teacher, you will play a critical leadership role within our schools by:

• Leading an engaging, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom.
• Mentoring, training, and coaching Teachers, Co-Teachers, and Teachers in Training.
• Partnering with the training team to ensure curriculum quality and consistency across classrooms.
• Creating hands‑on learning experiences that foster literacy, math, creativity, independence, and social‑emotional growth.
• Conducting student assessments and maintaining accurate progress documentation.
• Building strong relationships and communicating regularly with families.
• Leading parent‑teacher conferences throughout the school year.
• Maintaining classroom safety, organization, licensing compliance, and student ratios.
• Assisting with curriculum development, school‑wide events, workshops, and teacher training initiatives.
• Serving as an active leader within our Mentor Program and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (required)
• Montessori Certified (required)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
