Adjunct Instructors of Theatre

Position Description

The Theatre Department invites applications for adjunct faculty to join our dynamic community. This is an ongoing recruitment effort to establish a robust pool of qualified candidates; applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as specific teaching needs arise throughout the academic year.

We seek experienced scholar/artists to teach foundational coursesin:

• Musical Theatre
• Directing/Dramaturgy
• Playwriting
• Performance
• Tech Theatre and Design

• Education: A minimum of a Master's Degree (M.A. orM.F.A.) or a Ph.D. in Theatre, Performance, or a closely related terminal degree.
• Experience: Demonstrated excellence incollege/university-level teaching, preferably within a liberal arts theatre program. Professional experience in relevant theatre disciplines is highly valued.
