Lafayette College seeks a beginner-focused Salsa and Bachata instructor to deliver clear explanations, appropriate pacing, positive feedback, and skill progressions that help new dancers participate confidently and safely.
The role uses variation with music, lessons, and choreography to keep members challenged and engaged. If absent from a scheduled session, provide a sufficient lesson plan with counts, music selection, and videos to empower club officers to teach that day.
