This position offers the chance to work directly onsite with a manageable caseload, making a meaningful impact on approximately 38 young learners.

• Hold a valid SLP-CCC credential, with proven experience supporting school-based communication needs.
• Possess a current PA SLP Educator Certificate, a requirement for employment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing caseloads within elementary school settings, adapting interventions to meet diverse student needs.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and staff.
• Adaptable and able to respond effectively to the changing environment of a dynamic school setting.

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their educational plans, focusing on helping them achieve their communication goals.
• Complete assessments and develop personalized intervention strategies, ensuring compliance with special education guidelines.
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to share progress updates and incorporate feedback into service delivery.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and contribute to reporting and documentation requirements.
• Attend relevant school meetings as needed and actively engage with the student support team.
