Are you a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to help students reach their full potential? We are seeking an enthusiastic SLP to join a collaborative school team where youll make a lasting impact on students communication skills and academic success.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active SLP license in the state of PA (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery
Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to make a direct impact on student success
