Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• Eligibility to work onsite with all Pennsylvania clearances submitted before start date
• Willingness to complete IU-assigned pre-training prior to assignment
• Experience working with students with autism or in specialized support settings is highly valued
• Strong teamwork and adaptability, as classroom assignments may change

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction to students within a learning center focused on Autistic Support
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track progress towards student goals
• Collaborate consistently with paraprofessionals, therapists, and fellow educators to ensure comprehensive student support
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate evolving classroom needs and diverse learning profiles
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom culture that empowers each students growth
