City Year seeks Ameri Corps Members to serve full-time in public schools, supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth. In this education-focused role, you'll provide tutoring, mentor students, assist in classrooms, and lead small-group interventions. You'll collaborate with school staff and a diverse team to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support and small-group tutoring to students in partnership with teachers
• Build positive, consistent relationships with students to support attendance, behavior, and coursework
• Track and report student progress using program tools and data systems
• Participate in regular training, coaching, and professional development sessions
• Collaborate with a diverse team of Ameri
• Corps members and school staff to plan and deliver interventions
• Support after-school programs, school events, and family engagement activities as needed
