Acting Superintendent

Shade Central City School District is seeking qualified candidates to serve as Acting Superintendent. The successful candidate will provide leadership and administrative oversight for the District during a period of transition while the Board of School Directors evaluates its long-term leadership needs. Anticipated Effective Date:
September 25, 2026 and not to exceed one year.

Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania Superintendent letter of eligibility preferred
• Successful administrative and educational leadership experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with staff, students, families, and the community
