Our Middle School client is seeking a PA Certified Math Teacher (8th Grade) - Aston, PA.

CLIENT'S

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:



* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely-related field.

* Valid Pennsylvania instructional certificate appropriate for middle-level math as outlined by Pennsylvania Department of Education.

* Experience teaching a math curriculum

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:

* Plan, develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with Pennsylvania state standards and the school/district curriculum.

* Facilitate hands-on, problem-solving and real-world math activities (e.g., algebraic reasoning, geometry, data/measurement) appropriate for middle school students.

* Regularly assess students' learning (quizzes, tests, projects), monitor progress, and tailor instruction/intervention accordingly.

* Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, manage behavior, and support students' mathematical mindset and growth.

* Communicate with parents/guardians and collaborate with colleagues (e.g., grade-team, special education, intervention staff) and maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behavior.
