• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate is required
• Experience or a strong interest in working with students on the autism spectrum
• Ability to collaborate effectively with instructional aides (PCAs) and multidisciplinary teams
• Outstanding communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic classroom setting

• Deliver individualized instruction to students with autism, following IEP goals and best practices for special education
• Create and maintain a supportive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Work closely with PCA support staff in the classroom to address each student's needs
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to varying learning levels
• Track student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Encourage student independence, social skills, and academic growth

This role offers a regular Monday to Friday schedule, from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, giving you a balanced workday while maintaining strong connections with students. The position is onsite and part of a dedicated team that values every member's contributions.
