Infant Teacher
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and attentive caregiving. Paid trainings
Provide attentive care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, language development, and social interaction
Maintain accurate records of each child's daily routines, developmental progress, and health updates
Foster positive behavior management strategies that encourage independence and emotional regulation
Collaborate with parents and guardians to share insights on each child's progress and address any concerns
Ensure the classroom environment is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to support learning and safety
Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures and infection control measures
Prior experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or nannying setting is highly preferred
Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers
Experience with classroom management techniques tailored for early childhood environments
Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus
Demonstrated ability to engage children through nurturing caregiving, playful learning activities, and positive behavior management strategies
Familiarity with early childhood education best practices and curriculum planning for infant care
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members
