Position: MTSS Coach
Location: Scott and North Middle Schools
Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent Contract, 7.5 hours per day
Salary: $54,000 - $103,806

What You’ll Do
The Grades 6-8 Middle School Integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports (I-MTSS) Teacher Coach serves as a district instructional leader responsible for supporting teachers, instructional teams, and administrators in the implementation of a comprehensive Integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports (I-MTSS) framework. This position focuses on improving student outcomes through high-quality instruction, data-informed decision-making, differentiated supports, and collaborative problem-solving that addresses students' academic, behavioral, attendance, and social-emotional needs.
The I-MTSSTeacher
Coach works collaboratively with classroom teachers, principals, interventionists, counselors, school psychologists, special education staff, and district leadership to build teacher capacity and ensure the effective implementation of evidence-based instructional and intervention practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- PA PDE Instructional Certificate Reading Specialist Certification, preferred
- Minimum five (5) years successful classroom teaching experience
- Instructional Coach experience, preferred
- Experience implementing MTSS, RTI, or PBIS, preferred
- Master's Degree in Education or related field, preferred
- Experience with Universal Design for Learning (UDL), preferred
- Knowledge of Special Education and Section 504, preferred
- Experience using instructional technology and AI tools, preferred
