Preschool Teacher

At The Learning Village, we're looking for an enthusiastic Toddler/Preschool Teacher who loves helping children learn through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. If you want to work somewhere you'll be appreciated, supported, and greeted with hugs every morning, we'd love to meet you.

$15-$18 per hour (based on experience and education)

• No evenings
• No weekends
• Major holidays off
• Choose the schedule that works for you:
  • Four 10-hour days
  • Five 8-hour days

Every day is different, but you'll:

• Create a safe, loving classroom where children feel confident and valued
• Lead fun, hands-on learning activities using our curriculum
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence
• Celebrate each child's milestones and developmental growth
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
• Collaborate with a supportive teaching team that truly enjoys working together
• Help children develop socially, emotionally, and academically through positive guidance

• Passionate about early childhood education
• Warm, patient, and energetic
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Experienced working with young children (2+ years preferred - babysitting, nannying, camps)
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification-we'll help!)
• Able to meet all PA childcare licensing requirements
