You don't have to be an instructor to apply and we don't expect an experienced HVAC professional to walk into the classroom and know everything about teaching on day one.

What We're Looking For – We are interested in experienced HVAC professionals who are ready to share their knowledge with the next generation.

Required qualifications include:
Minimum four years of full-time, wage-earning HVAC/Refrigeration experience beyond training Pennsylvania Department of Education certification in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician (CIP 47.0201 – Air Conditioning 2010), or eligibility to obtain certification Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively Ability to establish positive relationships with students and maintain a safe, structured learning environment Commitment to hands-on, industry-based instruction Questions:
