School Psychologist - Oxford

Step into an impactful role supporting students ages 12 to 18—and up to 21 for special education—at a pair of interconnected school buildings. As an experienced professional in school psychology, your expertise will help guide middle and high school students, collaborating with staff and parents to promote positive educational and emotional outcomes.

You’ll work on a manageable caseload—typically around 25 students by the end of the school year—allowing you to focus on meaningful, individualized support. The contract starts as soon as possible and runs through May 28, 2027. Your workday begins at 7:10 am and ends at 2:40 pm, with 7.5 hours on site and 7 hours of daily paid time, totaling 35 paid hours per week.

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with diverse school-age populations, particularly ages 12-21
• Proficiency with psychological assessment tools and implementing evidence-based interventions
• Strong collaborative and communication skills, able to build trust with students, families, and staff

• Conduct student assessments, interpret evaluations, and develop recommendations
• Support the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
• Deliver direct and indirect services to help students with academic, social, and emotional needs
• Serve as a consultant for staff on classroom strategies and student interventions
• Foster an inclusive school culture, advocating for student well-being
