• Adhere strictly to safety and compliance protocols, ensuring a safe work environment
• Responsible for the proper use, care, and routine maintenance of company equipment and vehicles; promptly reports issues or needed repairs.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs covering biohazard cleanup processes and procedures, safety protocols, regulatory compliance, customer service, and related job skills.
• Complete administrative duties including shipping and receiving, scheduling vehicle maintenance, and coordinating Stericycle pickups.
• Perform job‑site setup and breakdown; safely operate power tools; conduct disinfection procedures; and accurately mix and apply cleaning and disinfecting products according to established guidelines.
• Respond promptly to service calls, providing biohazard remediation services in various emergency situations.

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive training in biohazard remediation processes
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel

• Experience in construction, demolition, restoration, or related fields
• Strong work ethic and multitasking abilities
• Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates—Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.
