Expand Energy is seeking Equipment Operators to support hydraulic fracturing operations in West Alexander, PA. This role involves operating and maintaining fracturing equipment, performing rig-up and rig-down tasks, and supporting safe, efficient wellsite operations. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and capable of working overtime and on-call schedules. This position offers strong exposure to oilfield service operations within a growing E&P company.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in related field or Technical Certificate
• 0–6+ years related experience
• 2+ years fracturing/stimulation experience with a service or oilfield company
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass physical, vision, drug screening, background, and driving record checks
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and be on call
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude

• Mechanical ability preferred
• Experience operating acid, sand, blender, and chemical equipment
• Experience with rig-up operations including hoses and iron connections
