Derrickhands - Mt. Morris, PA
Derrickhands are needed at SDI HD Holding LLC, operating as Highlands Drilling, for field-based roles in Mt. Morris, PA. This position involves supervising and maintaining mud systems, operating drilling equipment, and supporting rig operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, experienced in oil and gas drilling, and able to work in challenging outdoor conditions.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of oil/gas drilling experience
- Previous experience as a righand
- Ability to weigh and calculate specific gravity of drilling fluid
- Ability to work for extended periods in harsh weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lb. objects
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to wear and properly utilize PPE
- MSHA Part 48 certification (preferred)
- OHSA 10 Certification (preferred)
- Safe Land Certification (preferred)
