As an Engineering Manager in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for providing the support on engineering management function. In this exciting role you will:- Comply with site Quality & Food Safety policy
- Good Sense & Performance in SHE Record
- Provide expert technical and engineering support for infrastructure services by implementing systematic preventive maintenance
- Managing the maintenance group including setting policies, standard procedures and practices
- Control and monitor maintenance costs to ensure it within the AP budget
- Monitor and control of all capital projects with the assistance of operation manager
- Ensure all work carry out comply with relevant codes and standards, whilst maintaining safety and reliability
- Responsible for proper training and career development of the supervisors/engineers under his/her supervision

Your professional profile includes:- BS or above degree in engineering of mechanical, electrical or chemical
- Above 8 years working experience in chemical or food production and minimum 3 years in managerial position, multinational company is preferred
- A good performance records on engineering management and people development strategy.
