- Inspektionen und Alterungsüberwachung der Baustruktur
- Erstellen von Expertisen und Zustandsbeurteilungen
- Projektleitung in der Bauwerkserhaltung
- Erstellen von Instandhaltungsplänen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauingenieur ETH/FH
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Bauwerkserhaltung
- Fundiertes Fachwissen im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau oder Materialtechnologie
- Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
