Document Control Specialist

Job Title:
Drawing Manager (CQV / Capital Projects)

Location: Onsite in Lebanon, Indiana

Reports to: CQ Verification SME

We are seeking an experienced Drawing Manager to support large capital construction projects within a regulated environment. This role will own the governance, control, and workflow of construction and verification drawings, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance throughout the CQV lifecycle.

• Report directly to the CQ Verification SME
  , supporting drawing management activities aligned with commissioning and qualification requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain drawing change workflows and SOPs
  , including revision control and approval processes
• Own and manage master redline drawings
  , ensuring timely updates and alignment with field changes
• Coordinate closely with construction teams, contractors, and CQV stakeholders to define how drawing updates are captured, reviewed, and finalized
• Ensure drawing updates reflect as-built conditions and support downstream verification, turnover, and validation activities
• Act as the central point of contact for drawing status, version control, and change tracking
• Support audit readiness by maintaining clear documentation trails and compliance with project procedures
• Interface with document control to ensure drawings are issued, stored, and archived correctly

• Proven experience as a Drawing Manager, Document Control Lead, or similar role on large capital construction projects
• Strong understanding of drawing control, redlines, revisions, and as-built documentation
• Experience working in regulated environments (Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences, or similar highly controlled industries preferred)
• Ability to coordinate across multiple construction packages and disciplines (MEP, process, utilities, etc.)
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills

• Exposure to CQV, commissioning, or verification activities
• Experience supporting GxP projects
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS)

• High-visibility role supporting critical CQV activities
