Combined Systems Inc (CSI) is looking for a full‑time Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing efficiency through process optimization and automation. Industrial Engineering Functions
- Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct accurate time studies and track labor hours to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement automated manufacturing processes and integrate PLCs and automation systems.
- Utilize CAD software (Solid Works and AutoCAD) for design and layout improvements.
- Prepare manufacturing information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
- Collaborate with production managers and engineers to enhance processes and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- Experience with CAD software (Solid Works and AutoCAD preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems.
- Experience conducting time studies and process optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent problem‑solving and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
