Position Type: Full Time
Location: Warrington or Malvern, PA
Salary Range: $90,000 to $130,000 annually, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
We are seeking an experienced Municipal Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of projects that enhance community infrastructure. This role requires a professional who is adept at representing municipal clients and managing complex engineering tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent municipal clients as Township or Borough Engineer, acting as a primary or supporting consultant.
- Attend and actively participate in municipal meetings, providing representation and insights for clients.
- Manage and review subdivision and land development plans to ensure compliance with municipal ordinances.
- Oversee design and rehabilitation of stormwater management systems, detention basins, and infrastructure improvements.
- Assist clients with state and local permitting processes.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering assessments.
- Provide construction support services, including contract administration, project coordination, and budget management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to deliver high-quality municipal services.
- Engage in business development activities to grow municipal and utility engineering services, including securing new clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Pennsylvania is required.
- Proficient in municipal engineering, including client representation and public works design.
- Experienced in subdivision, land development plan review, zoning, grading, and stormwater management.
- Familiarity with MS-4 Programs, including Pollution Reduction Plans (PRPs).
- Skilled in construction administration, budgeting, and escrow account management.
- Some experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
- Proven business development experience and strong client relationship management are highly desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
