Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager Bridge Engineer to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of critical infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and managing bridge and infrastructure projects from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze various structures including bridges, culverts, and other infrastructure.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of bridge projects at local, county, and state levels, including securing permits and ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct bridge inspections and ensure the integrity and safety of structures.
  • Draft and prepare comprehensive and efficient project proposals.
  • Provide construction support services, including contract administration, project coordination, permitting, and budget management.
  • Monitor project financials and ensure adherence to budgets and reporting requirements.
  • Engage in community and professional organizations such as ASCE and NSPE to enhance professional growth and network.
  • Support senior management in expanding the structural engineering discipline and in client relationship management.
  • Develop and mentor a team of Structural Engineers and Designers, focusing on achieving financial objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Professional Engineer registration in PA is required; NJ is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with local and state agencies, particularly on PennDOT or Turnpike projects.
  • Proven track record in client management and project leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and structural design software, including PennDOT programs, is preferred.
