  • PA E.I.T. preferred
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Knowledge of:

    • Utility design
  • Familiarity with regulatory permitting and zoning approvals
  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
What You'll Do

As a Civil Site Design Engineer, you will contribute to a wide variety of engineering projects from concept through design. Your work will support senior engineers and project managers while helping bring development visions to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the design of civil/site projects, including grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and utility layouts
  • Research state and local design standards to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Prepare engineering plans, calculations, and supporting documents
  • Support the development of technical studies and site evaluations
  • Coordinate with contractors, municipal staff, and client engineering teams
  • Contribute to zoning, permitting, and approval processes
  • Provide general support to Project Managers and Project Engineers across multiple development projects
