- PA E.I.T. preferred
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of:
- Land development and site work
- Stormwater management
- Grading
- Erosion & sediment control
- Utility design
- Familiarity with regulatory permitting and zoning approvals
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
As a Civil Site Design Engineer, you will contribute to a wide variety of engineering projects from concept through design. Your work will support senior engineers and project managers while helping bring development visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design of civil/site projects, including grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and utility layouts
- Research state and local design standards to ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare engineering plans, calculations, and supporting documents
- Support the development of technical studies and site evaluations
- Coordinate with contractors, municipal staff, and client engineering teams
- Contribute to zoning, permitting, and approval processes
- Provide general support to Project Managers and Project Engineers across multiple development projects
