This role is 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on site at the listed location options. A selection assessment is required; failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.
Responsibilities- Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Test and Evaluation Engineering
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
- Manages, develops, and motivates employees
- Associate’s Degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 4 or more years of equivalent technical experience
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management training / certification
- Lock Out / Tag Out / Try Out (LOTOTO) Training
- High Voltage Safety Training
- Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and/or Environmental Qualification Testing experience

Pay and BenefitsCompetitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities are offered. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $127,500 – $172,500
