Location: Smithfield
Test & Evaluation Lab Technician (Associate or Experienced) – Overnight Shift
Location: Smithfield & Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania. 100% onsite.
Shift: 4th (overnight) shift.
Responsibilities- Support planning, execution, and documentation of tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Design systems, materials, components, software, and methodologies to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in test design and perform routine procurement, fabrication, and assembly of components, test fixtures, and test systems.
- Assist in reviewing test methods and capabilities and coordinate test requirements.
- Facilitate systems integration, fabrication, modification; support system pre‑test setup, integration, checkout, and post‑test teardown.
- Conduct routine tests, analyze data, and document results.
- Troubleshoot and recommend resolution of basic laboratory and test‑related problems.
- Work under general supervision.
- Associate’s degree or higher in a technical field, or a technical certificate, or 1 or more years of equivalent technical experience.
- Must be able to work the 4th (overnight) shift.
- 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with electronics test equipment including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and digital voltmeters.
- Experience with environmental stress screening, including vibration and thermal cycle testing.
- Requires ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance and a U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start.
- Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
- Pay ranges:
Associate (Level
2) $53,550–$72,450;
Experienced (Level
