- Provides production support during all phases of manufacturing
- Creates bill of material and production build plans while leading and implementing manufacturing plans
- Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines
- Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements
- Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices
- Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions
- Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule
- Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts
- Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems
- Implements lean principles and technologies
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Must be able to work 2nd shift
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing
- Experience in 3D Modeling applications such as Catia, Siemens NX, Creo
- Experience using manufacturing execution systems such as TipQA Shopfloor Execution or Costpoint
- Experience in creation of manufacturing planning and lean manufacturing
2nd shift (second shift). The selected candidate will start on 1st shift until transitioning to 2nd shift when needed.
Pay and BenefitsAssociate (Level2) Summary pay range: $85,000–$115,000
Experienced (Level3) Summary pay range: $103,700–$140,300

Export Control RequirementThis position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required.
Security ClearanceThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
