Specialist for our Building Structural Group in the Philadelphia and/or Douglassville Office. You will work on a wide variety of meaningful projects with engineering and design needs which will challenge you.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Perform related drawing development using REVIT and or AutoCAD on building projects.
* Support drawing preparation for layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of architectural and engineering designs.
* Formatting drawings to client standards using several software.
* Creating BIM models using REVIT.
* Collaborate with other production team members.
* Have an understanding of engineering and architectural documentation and preparation of structural drawings.
* Must be able to work in a group setting and monitor projects for standards compliance and general modeling errors.
* Review BIM models for design coordination issues.
Required Experience:
* Associate's Degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of relevant experience providing plan preparation and project deliverable drawings and files for building structures and foundations.
* Significant design experience with REVIT (please be prepared to show samples).
* Ability to solve problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills are a must.
Compensation Range:
$64,994.00 - $73,856.00
