Corporate Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Corporate Engineering Manager for a leading modular/off-site construction manufacturer to lead and develop a high-performing engineering and design team supporting residential and commercial modular construction projects.

This individual will play a key leadership role overseeing engineering operations, CAD/BIM standards, project coordination, production support, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple locations.

• Lead and manage engineering/design teams across multiple projects and locations
• Drive KPI performance and support rapid customer response timelines
• Oversee CAD/BIM standards, drawing development, and shop fabrication documentation
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, production, sales, and external partners
• Support modular construction design, manufacturing processes, and engineering workflows
• Help troubleshoot complex design and production challenges
• Manage engineering schedules, drawing submittals, and third-party relationships
• Support technology adoption and process improvement initiatives across the organization

• 4+ years of experience within the modular/off-site construction industry
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing engineering or design teams
• Strong understanding of modular systems, manufacturing, and architectural construction practices
• 6+ years of hands-on CAD experience required
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and related design software
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities
• Experience with BIM workflows and 3D modeling strongly preferred
