This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-power products used in demanding industrial applications. You will be heavily involved in product design, development, testing, validation, and continuous improvement, playing a critical role in shaping future product strategy and company direction.
You will lead the full product development lifecycle, designing and developing bi-directional inverter and battery energy storage systems, solving real-world engineering challenges, and ensuring products perform reliably in the field. This is a highly technical, hands-on position where practical engineering experience is essential.
This role would suit a Product Design and Development Engineer with a strong Power Electronics background who wants to make a significant technical impact today while positioning themselves for executive leadership in the future.
The Role:
- Lead the design and development of high-power inverter and energy conversion products
- Take ownership of products from concept, prototyping, testing, and production release
- Design power conversion systems, battery integration solutions, and embedded control systems
- Perform hands-on hardware development, debugging, validation, and fault diagnosis
- Strong background in Power Electronics product development
- Experience designing high-power converters, inverters, or battery energy storage systems
- Hands-on experience with PCB design, embedded controls, and power conversion hardware
