Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact

* Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers

* Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes

* Conduct time studies, value stream mapping, and process analysis

* Optimize layouts, material flow, and workstation design

* Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

* Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions

* Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production goals

* Analyze data to improve KPIs such as throughput and yield

* Manage capital projects including automation and equipment upgrades

* Report on performance, cost savings, and project progress

Your background

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's preferred)

* 7+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing

* 3+ years of leadership or people management experience

* Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools

* Proficiency with CAD, process simulation, and data analysis software

* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
