Overview
As the Engineering Leader
, you will be responsible for project and process engineering support within the Americas liquid operations organization. As leaders in engineering for liquid operations, the team guides change through process engineering leadership on the most manufacturing projects for liquid operations.
You will report to the Plant Manager and will be onsite in Springdale, PA. The role requires a hybrid schedule—3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Some regional travel (up to 30%) is expected to provide in-person support for project scoping and implementation.

Responsibilities- Understand and proliferate manufacturing best-practices within network
- You will be a troubleshooting resource for non-standard performance in manufacturing
- Work with Business and Advanced Manufacturing teams to modernize operations
- Stay informed of latest technology and process developments in the industry
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new process designs and conduct developmental process trials
- You will participate in projects within boundaries of subject matter expertise
- Collaborate with site engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements
- Bachelors of Engineering required;
Chemical / Mechanical major preferred - 7 to 10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, capital project execution, process development
- Experience in Batch and Continuous operations preferred
- Experience with structured improvement methods
- Experience with new equipment specification and design through commissioning
- Background knowledge of paint and resin chemistry and processing
