Engineering Leader

Engineering Leader – Lead project and process engineering support within the Americas liquid operations organization. As the engineering lead, you will guide change through process engineering leadership on the most manufacturing projects for liquid operations.

Location:

Onsite in Springdale, PA. Hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Up to 30% travel within the region expected for project scoping and implementation. Reports to the Plant Manager.

• Understand and proliferate manufacturing best practices within the network.
• Act as a troubleshooting resource for non-standard performance in manufacturing.
• Work with Business and Advanced Manufacturing teams to modernize operations.
• Stay informed of latest technology and process developments in the industry.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new process designs and conduct developmental process trials.
• Participate in projects within the boundaries of subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate with site engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements.

• Bachelor of Engineering required;
  Chemical or Mechanical major preferred.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, capital project execution, and process development.
• Experience in batch and continuous operations preferred.
• Experience with structured improvement methods.
• Experience with new equipment specification and design through commissioning.
• Background knowledge of paint and resin chemistry and processing.
